The CCL Team Pulse Survey allows you to give a score on how well you think that your team is doing on important attributes of a coherent and effective team:
The surveys are sent out to you on a predefined interval, e.g. weekly or biweekly. You will select between 1 and 7 stars for each question and then submit your answer.
Your answers are strictly anonymous, and only the average group scores will be made available in the report, without any reference to your name.
It is important that you participate in each survey and that you give honest answers. Your score allows the team to monitor its progress based on the answers of as many team members as possible. Participating only takes a few seconds, and can be done from your computer, tablet or smart phone.
Soon after each survey, you will receive a dashboard that allows you to see the results of your team on each of the questions. The results of the last survey are shown with a comparison to the average of all polls and the last poll. At the top of the dashboard you will see the Team Index, a calculated score between 0 and 100 based on a combination of all questions. Click on "View Graph" to see a chart.
If you are an observer to the team, you will not receive the surveys, but only the dashboard.
